Annotation - Anything added to media during the live presentation. This may include marks made with a light pen, text inserted via the keypad etc. Annotations are normally made to slides.

Lecture - A presentation where the presenter is a teacher and the spectators are students.

Main Viewer - A device which displays materials in a manner visible to all members of a class.

Materials - Any information media which will be used during the presentation. This may include: prepared slides, video, audio or web pages.

Presentation - Any use of the C2000 system where a person is conveying information to one or more different people.

Spectator (Local) Viewer - A device which displays materials private to a specific spectator.
