1. Preserve delimiters like , /Relevance, etc.
2. Replace ??? with your input.
3. Fractional scores (like 3.5 or 2.8) are ok
4. Ignore parts that don't apply to this type of submission
5. Everything will be seen by the authors except the clearly
identified part at the bottom.Error: this should not happenError: this should not happenError: this should not happenError: this should not happenError: this should not happenError: this should not happenError: this should not happenError: this should not happenError: this should not happenError: this should not happenError: this should not happenError: this should not happenError: this should not happenError: this should not happenError: this should not happenError: this should not happenError: this should not happenError: this should not happenError: this should not happenError: this should not happenError: this should not happenError: this should not happenError: this should not happenError: this should not happenError: this should not happenError: this should not happenError: this should not happenError: this should not happenError: this should not happenError: this should not happenError: this should not happenError: this should not happen/

Detailed comments for the authors:
The author needs to better justify for the research initiative of the project. In Part 3, "Room Setting", the authors give only a

superficial survey of similar work. Overall, they are using a lot of technologies in this project, but i did not see much comparison

with other projects such as E-Class2000 and make a good summarize of their contributions. The part of software infrastructure's

describtion needs more details. There is no evaluation work at all. As a reader, we do not even know, whether this system can work

together reliably.

The organization of the paper might need modification. The survey in the first part might be merged with the survey part in Part 3.
Should Pen-based UI (basicly the function of SmartBoard) be so long? The failure of "hand tracking" might be put at the end of the

paper.
